Hi Ajay, great question! It is the design shown above. The design is about 4″ x 4″ in size, and you can decide the location the tattoo is done.

Hi Liaa! No, you do not need to pay for the tattoo. We’ll be covering the cost for the first person that would like to participate in the campaign!
