2023 Canadian Championship Recap

The 2023 K1 Speed Canadian Championships at the Downsview track were a roaring success, with Gobindar Sandhu clinching the title of K1 Speed Canadian Champion and earning a ticket to the World Championships in California. 

 

 

In an exciting first, the Junior Championships saw Owen Bell, Jordan Chan, and Noah Singh take the podium, whose exceptional skills propelled them to the top ranks. Our junior racers are ready to showcase their promising talent, and this year was no exception.

 

 

Now, the race is on for the 2024 Championships. Qualifications have kicked off, with the top 16 racers by year's end earning a spot in the K1 Speed Canadian Championship tournament. With a minimum of 4,000 K1RS points required to qualify, the competition promises high stakes and thrilling action. Get ready for another thrilling season of racing as contenders vie for the title of Canadian Champion!
