Race Through Winter Contest Rules & Regulations

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.

The Race Through Winter Ticket Giveaway (the “Contest”) is open to legal residents of Ontario who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. The Contest runs from January 1, 2026 at 12:00:01 a.m. EST to February 28, 2026 at 11:59:59 p.m. EST (the “Contest Period”).

 

1. HOW TO ENTER

A. Racing Entry (K1RS Standings)

During the Contest Period, participants who race at any K1 Speed Canada location in Ontario (Toronto, Mississauga, Cambridge, St. Catharines) may qualify by finishing in the top 100 in K1RS points by 11:59:59 p.m. EST on February 28, 2026.

Each racer who finishes the Contest Period in the top 100 in K1RS points will receive one (1) entry into the prize draw.

K1RS points are determined using the K1 Speed racing score system.

 

B. No-Purchase Mail-In Entry

To enter the Contest without making a purchase, print your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address on a plain sheet of paper and mail it in a postage-paid envelope to:

K1 Speed Canada – “Race Through Winter Ticket Giveaway”

75 Carl Hall Rd, Unit #9, North York, ON, M3K 2B9

Mail-in entries must be postmarked during the Contest Period and received by February 28, 2026.

Limit one (1) mail-in entry per envelope.

All eligible mail-in entries will be included in the same draw as racing entries.

 

2. PRIZE

There are two (2) prizes available consisting of:

1. Two (2) Toronto Maple Leafs regular-season home game tickets and a $200 gift card to E11even restuarant OR

2. Two (2) Toronto Raptors regular-season home game tickets and a $200 gift card to E11even restuarant.

(Date, opponent, and seat location to be determined by K1 Speed Canada)

Approximate retail value: $1000.

Prize has no cash value, is non-transferable, and must be accepted as awarded.

 

3. DRAW & ODDS OF WINNING

Two (2) potential winners will be selected in a random draw from all eligible entries received across all K1 Speed Ontario locations and all eligible mail-in entries.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Contest Period.

 

4. ELIGIBILITY

The Contest is open only to Ontario residents who are 18 years of age or older.

Employees, representatives, or agents of K1 Speed Canada and their immediate family members or persons living in the same household are not eligible.

5. PUBLICITY & PRIVACY

By entering, participants consent to the use of their name, city of residence, photograph, and/or likeness by K1 Speed Canada for publicity purposes, without further compensation, where permitted by law.

Personal information will be used solely for the administration of the Contest and in accordance with K1 Speed Canada’s Privacy Policy.

 

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

K1 Speed Canada is not responsible for:

1. lost, late, misdirected, or damaged mail-in entries

2. technical failures of any kind

3. race score discrepancies

4. injury or damage resulting from participation or prize use

The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the Contest if fraud, technical issues, or other events compromise its integrity.

 

7. SPONSOR

The Contest is conducted by K1 Speed Canada.

 

This Contest is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by the Toronto Maple Leafs, Toronto Raptors, E11even Restaurant, Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment (MLSE), the NBA or the NHL, nor are they associated with the Contest in any way.
