We’re Flagging The Gender Pay Gap

At K1 Speed Canada, we’re proud to be an organization that lives and breathes our values. We stand for gender pay equity: equal pay for equal work. We have 100% gender pay equity throughout our company. However, on average women earn 23.2% less than their male counterparts in Canada. To bring awareness to the gender pay gap we will be offering 23.2% off a 2-race packages on International Women’s Day at our Toronto location.
