Online Booking Terms

Online booking for Arrive-and-Drive public racing is only available for groups of 1 to 8 people.  If you have a group of 10+ people and would like to consider one of our Group Event Packages, please CLICK HERE.

Before You Race:

• Please ensure that you arrive at the facility at the designated “check-in” time detailed on your booking confirmation email.  If you arrive late and miss your race, we cannot guarantee that another race will be available, and a refund WILL NOT be issued.
• Prior to your first race, all drivers MUST register and sign a Waiver & Release of Liability. Pre-registration is available ONLINE, or can be completed onsite at our Registration Kiosks. 
• All racers under 18 years of age will need to have one of the following:
  • a parent or legal guardian present on the day they are racing to sign their Waiver & Release of Liability Form.
  • a parent or legal guardian to complete the ONLINE registration and sign a Waiver & Release of Liability. If a parent or legal guardian is not present on the day of visit, a K1 Speed representative may seek to contact them in order to verify approval of the minor’s participation.     
• All racers will be required to present a valid piece of government-issued photo identification onsite at check-in to validate their identity for the purpose of the waiver.  
• First time drivers MUST participate in a pre-race briefing to familiarize themselves with our safety requirements and track guidelines.  CLICK HERE for more information on our Safety Rules  
• All drivers will be provided helmets, which must be worn at all times when on the track.
• A valid K1 Speed Membership is required to race.  Memberships are valid for 1 full year from the original date of purchase.  If you do not have a valid membership and have not purchased one as part of your online reservation, you will be required to do so onsite prior to your first race.
• All racers are required to wear closed-toed, flat-soled shoes. Flip-flops, sandals, or high heals will not be permitted. 
• Racers are permitted to bring their own helmet, but it must be D.O.T approved and closed-face. Motocross helmets are acceptable provided that they are worn with strapped goggles.   

Racer Requirements

• Please follow the age and height requirements detailed below when selecting which type of online race to purchase. Refunds WILL NOT be issued to those who purchased races for a kart type that they do not qualify for.
• Junior and Adult kart races cannot be selected in the same online reservation.

Junior Kart Requirements:

• Age: 8-13 years
• Height: minimum of 48? (121.9 cm).
• Adults cannot ride in junior karts
• Adult karts cannot be on the track at the same time as Junior karts
• No Junior kart races available after 8pm on Fridays & Saturdays

Adult Kart Requirements:

• Age: 14+ years
• Height: minimum of 58? (147.3 cm).
• Adult karts cannot be on the track at the same time as Junior karts

Payments & Cancellation/Refund Policy:

• Online bookings must be paid in full using a valid credit card through our secure online payment portal.
• When redeeming gift cards for an online reservation, the visiting guest will be required to present the physical gift card(s) used when they check in at the front desk, so please ensure that these are available on the day of visit.   The value of any gift card(s) that cannot be produced at check-in will not be credited as payment towards the reservation and will require processing through another payment method on the day of your visit.
• All online booking payments are non-refundable, and we cannot make changes to the details of the package selected. Race bookings cannot be cancelled or rescheduled for a new date or time.
